Rudy Giuliani wants to sue Congress


President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, thinks Congress' probe into the president is fallacious, and he needs to sue those behind it.

Speaking with Fox Information' Laura Ingraham on Tuesday night time, Giuliani proposed bringing a lawsuit towards Home Democrats for investigating the president in the wake of revelations involving Trump's interactions with Ukraine. The Home launched an impeachment inquiry into Trump after it was revealed he had requested Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to dig up filth on Democratic 2020 contender Joe Biden.

Congressional oversight of the presidency is likely one of the most elementary pillars of American government, but Giuliani thinks Congress' actions violate Trump's constitutional rights.

"They are doing extraordinary things. For instance, they're violating — they’re interfering with the president in exercising his rights underneath Article II: The president United States conducts the overseas coverage of america," Giuliani stated. "They're calling overseas leaders. They will overseas capitals."

"This is worse than McCarthy!" he later added, presumably referring to Sen. Joseph McCarthy.

Article II of the Constitution grants the president the "energy, by and with the recommendation and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, offered two-thirds of the Senators current concur.” Trump's dialog with Zelensky, in addition to Giuliani's engagement with Ukrainian officials on behalf of Trump, deeply troubled members of Congress and veteran intelligence officials for probably utilizing overseas coverage for private political achieve.
