Following the legal fallout, Britney, 42, said there was "no justice" in the outcome.
"My family hurt me!!! There has been no justice and probably never will be!!!" she wrote on Instagram on Sunday.
"The people who sat and did absolutely nothing when they did that for four months are smooth sailing!!!"
Britney made the comments on a photo of herself posing in a black lace thong with her back to the camera.
"I was actually right about nerve damage in my back!!!" she had started off the caption.
"I have to get [acupuncture] every day of my life now!!! Words and thinking too hard make it worse!!! If people only knew how I've had to crawl to my own door one time!!!"
The Overprotected hitmaker also posted the cover of Jennette McCurdy's book, I'm Glad My Mom Died.
She continued to clash with Jamie over his legal fees and management of her finances during the conservatorship after it was terminated in 2021.
COURT WAR
Jamie wanted more than $2 million for hiring lawyers during the 13-year conservatorship as well as his current lawyer's bills.
Britney was ordered to pay her father's legal bills, according to TMZ.
Sources told the outlet that Britney is "furious" by the outcome after her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, told her she had a good chance of winning.
Britney has reportedly paid him approximately $4 million during his time as her lawyer.
The Sun can reveal the reason the case didn't go to court was over fears that Britney would be forced to relive her tough past experiences.
"Her legal team decided the focus should be on protecting her from reliving the traumas of her conservatorship," a source said.
In a 2021 court statement before the conservatorship was revoked, she said, "My dad and anyone involved in this conservatorship, including my management… they should be in jail."

Yesterday she wrote on Instagram: "My family hurt me! There has been no justice and probably never will be!"
The Sun can reveal the reason it didn't go to court was over fears that Britney, 42, would be put on the stand and forced to re-live her most embarrassing moments.
Amid concerns for her mental health in 2008, she was put under a conservatorship, with her dad managing her financial and personal affairs.
It was in place until 2021.
A source said: "Her legal team decided the focus should be on protecting her from reliving the traumas of her conservatorship."

Britney and Jamie are yet to comment on the legal settlement.

In the Instagram Story, Saskia Stecki uploaded a snapshot of Bianca's sibling in her steamy dress.
Angelina – the youngest of Bianca's two sisters – modeled a sleeveless snakeskin dress.
The figure-hugging outfit had cutouts – which hinted she was not wearing underwear – to the sides.
She teased a bit of bare skin from her hips while posing in front of white tiled walls.
Angelina smiled at the camera as she extended her arms and carried a handbag.
Her long hair flowed onto her shoulders and down her back.
"MF birthday," Saskia captioned the post.
In the following Story, Angelina uploaded a brief clip from Elizabeth Cambage's deejay performance.
During the clip, the Australian professional basketball player flaunted her flat tummy as the electronic dance music thumped.
This is not the only time Bianca's lookalike sister showed off her steamy outfit.

In mid-April, Kanye West's sister-in-law posted a short video of herself as she hid her long, brunette hair under a silver wig.
While posing by the front door, the star rocked a tight black top while holding onto a small purse.
Angelina wore a pair of cheerleader-esque shorts cut off right at her booty.
With her legs exposed, she strutted in black boots with locks at the top.

BIANCA'S FAMILY
In addition to Angelina, Bianca's sister Alyssia is a nurse and has a son in Brisbane, Australia.
Bianca lived Down Under before she started working for Kanye's fashion brand Yeezy, in Los Angeles, in November 2020.
Bianca and her sisters were raised by their parents, Leo and Alexandra Censori, in the Ivanhoe neighborhood in Melbourne.
In February, insiders told Daily Mail that Leo believed that the 46-year-old rapper turned his daughter into a "trashy commodity."
"Bianca's father Leo wants to have a proper sit down with Kanye and ask him what the hell he is thinking when he parades Bianca around like a trashy naked trophy pony," the source told the outlet.
"He wants to ask Kanye what he would do if his daughters, North or Chicago, were seen in public half-naked in outfits encouraged by their husbands."
Is Julia Fox entering her pop star era? | V0A9GS9 | 2024-04-30 14:08:01
SHE'S AN ACTOR, author, television host and style maven — and now it appears that Julia Fox is adding "singer" to her resume, as she teases an upcoming single titled: "Down The Drain".
The 34-year-old who broke out with her role in the critically-acclaimed 2019 film Uncut Gems before dominating tabloid headlines for her brief relationship with Kanye West, released a memoir last year of the same name — Down The Drain.
Fox first teased the song at the book launch in October of 2023, before reprising it months later at Charli XCX's Boiler Room warehouse rave in February of 2024.
Read on for what we know so far about Julia Fox's new song — and how she's entered her pop star era.
It appears that yes, Julia Fox is pivoting into music. On April 29, Fox posted what appears to be cover art for a single titled: "Down The Drain" on Instagram, captioning the post "
Is Julia Fox entering her pop star era? DOWN THE DRAIN
Is Julia Fox entering her pop star era?
Is Julia Fox entering her pop star era?05/03" — so it appears safe to say that the single will officially arrive on May 3. Although the release is new, the song itself is not — in fact, Fox seems to have been teasing it for some time now.
During the book launch event for Fox's Down The Drain memoir at New York's Metograph theatre on October 26 of last year, Fox treated the crowd to a surprise performance of an original song. Per Vulture, the song was made with producer and experimental composer Ben Draghi, and is "a slinky, woozy piece of self-referential pop with a witchy incantation of a chorus that goes, "I'm a bitch I'm a girl I'm a mother I'm a whore.'"
Four months later, on February 22, 2024, Fox reprised the song at British singer Charli XCX's Boiler Room set, performing solo in a black cut-out dress. Footage from Fox's performance during the evening went viral online, racking up millions of views.
It's a new pivot from Fox, but she's never been one to confine herself to a singular pursuit. "I never envisioned myself being in movies or doing anything I'm doing … I just go wherever the wind blows," she recently told Variety during a junket for her new fashion competition reality series, Omg Fashun, which she hosts alongside Zendaya's stylist, Law Roach.
Whether the single will lead to a full EP or album remains to be seen — but we'll be staying tuned, that's for sure.
Taylor Swift is rumoured to attend the 2024 Met Gala | V0A9GS9 | 2024-04-30 14:08:01
What is the 2024 Met Gala theme?
Announced on November 9, the theme of the spring 2024 exhibit and accompanying Gala will be titled Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion — with the theme for the event, 'Garden of Time'. And no, it hasn't got anything to do with Disney princesses or tales from the Brothers Grimm.

The theme, instead, refers to 50 of the included items which are considered too delicate to ever be worn again. These fragile, historically significant pieces will form the focus of the exhibition, which will reportedly flow through three "zones" of Land, Sky and Sea.
Uniquely showcasing some 250 items from the institute's collection, the garments — some of which, have never been seen publicly before — include Christian Dior gowns from the designer's autumn/winter 1949, as well as 17th-century Charles Frederick Worth ballgown. The exhibition will cover more than 400 years in fashion and include designs from legends like Elsa Schiaparelli, Hubert de Givenchy and Yves Saint Laurent, as well as modern pioneers such as Stella McCartney and Phillip Lim.
Max Hollein, The Met's Marina Kellen French Director and CEO, said: "This innovative show will push the boundaries of our imagination and invite us to experience many facets of a work, to learn more about its history, and, ultimately, to gain a deeper appreciation of its beauty."
Who is invited to the 2024 Met Gala?
We usually don't find out the official guest list until the day of the Met Gala, however there's been a few rumoured names thrown into mix already. Page Six reports that Taylor Swift will attend fashion's biggest night for the first time in eight years. Her last appearance was in 2016 for the technology-inspired "Manus x Machina" theme where she wore a custom reptilian print mini dress by Louis Vuitton. It's also believed that very event was where she first met ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn. As for whether her current beau Travis Kelce will join her, is anyone's guess — but given they rocked up to Coachella together — it's possible!

As for other possible guests, Page Six also previously shared that Lily Gladstone of Flowers of the Killer Moon and Ayo Edebiri of The Bear will make their Met debuts and that regular invitee Gisele Bündchen is also likely to attend.
Rihanna, who donned one of the Met's most iconic looks of all time in 2015 when she wore a gold caped Guo Pei gown, is reported to make an appearance, as is Kendall Jenner. No word yet as to whether Kardashian-Jenner clan will join the model, according to Page Six.
Other stars rumoured to attend include Olivia Rodrigo, Uma Thurman, Sarah Paulson and Cara Delevingne. Saltburn's Barry Keoghan has also reportedly received an invite to fashion's night of nights. Perhaps, he'll attend with his new girlfriend, Sabrina Carpenter? He did support her Coachella set, after all!
