Thanks to her mom, Maya Hawke was more than prepared for her brief stint working with Quentin Tarantino.

The actress, who played a member of the Manson Family in *Once Upon a Time in Hollywood*, recently reflected on her experience with the filmmaker during a chat on Amy Poehler's *Good Hang* podcast. At one point, Poehler pointed out that Hawke's mom, Uma Thurman, has starred in three of Tarantino's previous films and asked whether she gave her daughter any advice about working with him.

"'Keep your shoes on,'" Hawke replied, playfully addressing the speculation about Tarantino's supposed foot fetish. The response caught Poehler off guard.

"Keep your shoes on," the *Parks and Recreation *alum repeated, fighting back laughter. "Keep them on, baby. Are you gonna try-" Poehler and Hawke then burst into giggles, with the host momentarily speechless by Thurman's words. "Perfect advice," she eventually said. "Perfect."

Countless quips have been made about Tarantino's apparent obsession with feet, a theory about the filmmaker that is fueled by moments like the "wiggle your big toe" set piece in *Kill Bill*. Fans have found plenty of "evidence" within his other films, including *Once Upon a Time in Hollywood*, which includes a few shots of bare feet. It got to a point where even the stars of Tarantino's films couldn't help but take a few shots at the director.

While accepting the award for Best Supporting Actor at the 2020 Screen Actors Guild, *Once Upon a Tim*e star Brad Pitt jokingly roasted the director for his foot shots. "I want to thank my co-stars," Pitt began, before rattling off the following list: Leonardo DiCaprio, Margot Robbie, Margot Robbie's feet, Margaret Qualley's feet, Dakota Fanning's feet. "Quentin has separated more women from their shoes than the TSA," he concluded.

'Kill Bill 3' with Uma Thurman's daughter Maya Hawke would be exciting, says Quentin Tarantino

For his part, Tarantino has brushed off the jokes, telling GQ in 2021, "I don't take it seriously." That said, the publication noted that he heaved "a sigh of disappointment that we would even think to ask such a thing," when the question of the supposed foot fetish was raised.

Tarantino added, "There's a lot of feet in a lot of good directors' movies. That's just good direction. Like, before me, the person foot fetishism was defined by was Luis Buñuel, another film director. And Hitchcock was accused of it, and Sofia Coppola has been accused of it."

As for Hawke's actual experience working with Tarantino, she has spoken highly of her time on set, though she only played a small role in the Oscar-winning film.

"It was wonderful," Hawke told* *in 2019. "Quentin is such a brilliant and enthusiastic filmmaker and director. His passion radiates through you. There are very few people who love movies as much as he does."**

She added that she's also had the pleasure of not just being directed by Tarantino but "knowing him." This is likely a reference to the fact that her mother has known the filmmaker for decades, after starring in *Pulp Fiction* and his duology,* Kill Bill: Volume I* and *Kill Bill: Volume II.*

The actress and filmmaker had a famously rocky relationship, which Thurman opened up about in a 2018 interview with *The New York Times*, where she shared that Tarantino pressured her into operating a car, which she had been warned was unstable. She said she eventually suffered an injury when she crashed the car. The filmmaker has called the crash "one of the biggest regrets of [his] life" and admitted that "a trust was broken" between them.

That same year, Thurman told EW that she has since forgiven Tarantino for the incident and even said she would be willing to work with him again "if he wrote a great part" for her.

"I understand him and if he wrote a great part and we were both in the right place about it, that would be something else," Thurman said. "We've had our fights over the years. When you know someone for as long as I've known him, 25 years of creative collaboration…yes, did we have some tragedies take place? Sure. But you can't reduce that type of history and legacy."**

Drew Barrymore and ex Luke Wilson's game of talk show phone tag wages ever onward. **

The 50-year-old actress tried to call up the actor to discuss the 27th anniversary of their rom-com *Home Fries* while sitting down with its writer Vince Gilligan on Tuesday's episode of *The Drew Barrymore Show*. However, the pair were eventually sent to voicemail. **

"This is not going the way I planned," Barrymore admitted as the dial tone rang out in the studio. "But what does in life, right?"

After being directed to Wilson's voicemail, the host told Gilligan that they'd leave him a message and see if he returned their call before the end of their chat. **

"We were just talking about you and we're sending you love and can you believe *Home Fries *was 27 years ago now? Oh my god, I know," Barrymore told Wilson. "I know this is just a voicemail, but I love you, I'm sending you love, and I'm here with Vince on the show and we're thinking about you." **

Thankfully, this time around, Barrymore didn't have to wait over two years to hear back from Wilson as he quickly called the pair back during a commercial break. "Hey, Drew!" he said. "Sorry, I was taking my trash cans out."

The 54-year-old actor went on to praise Gilligan and the "unbelievable" career that he's gone on to have in the years since they last worked together. ****"It's just so incredible to see what you went on and did after *Home Fries,*"* *he said. "Because sometimes I'll think about people I know like you and Mike Judge where you'll think, 'God, this guy's got so much talent, but he's also such a good guy that you think that, in a town like Hollywood, that can almost hurt you.'"

It's why Wilson explained he was "especially happy" to see Gilligan go on to create smash hits like *Breaking Bad*, *Better Call Saul,* and the 2019 *Breaking Bad* film, *El Camino*. "It's been incredible and just to have done it all as such a great writer, that's the first way we all met you is through your writing," he continued. "So it's unbelievable, what you did." **

"Oh, God bless you, man, Jesus," Gilligan responded. "I'm blushing here!"

Released in 1998, *Home Fries* follows Dorian (Wilson) as he gets a job at the local Burger-Matic to ensure that no one overheard him and his brother Angus (Jake Busey) scare their mom Beatrice's (Catherine O'Hara) cheating lover Henry (Chris Ellis) to death. It's there that he meets waitress Sally (Barrymore), who is pregnant with Henry's baby, and tries to keep the expectant mother safe from his homicidal family.

Wilson noted that he still remembers "those great days" on the *Home Fries* set. "I mean, for me it was especially fun to get to go back — it was only my second or third movie and I thought, 'Gosh, all movies get made in Texas!' It didn't work out that way."

That includes one evening when he and Busey had gone out for "a couple beers" after work and may have accidentally committed a federal offense along the way. ****"There was a train going through the town and Jake had a flashlight and he started acting like he was directing the train to keep going down the tracks," Wilson said. "And it turns out that's a federal offense, what we were doing, but we weren't doing anything bad. We were just acting like we were directing traffic, but with a locomotive, which we just thought was a great idea."**

"Well, we love you and I always love connecting with you on this show with people and I'm always so grateful that you're game," Barymore said. "You're just the best, Luke. Thank you."

Gilligan added, "Good talking to you, Luke! Have a good one!"

Barrymore has called Wilson, whom she dated from 1996 until 1998, multiple times on her talk show. It all started when she and Kate Hudson attempted to prank dial him in a 2023 episode, only to accidentally ring *another* Luke Wilson in her phonebook instead. Hudson, Barrymore, and the correct Wilson eventually connected over FaceTime this March, with Wilson cheekily noting that he'd keep the game going by getting his brother Owen involved, too.

Six Flags America permanently closed Sunday, but the amusement park didn't go down without incident.

Atop reports that the Maryland-based destination's *Superman*-themed roller coaster shut down early for the final time due to a technical problem, another guest shared video footage of an attendee reportedly entering a restricted area to run up the stairs of the park's *Batman*-themed Batwing roller coaster — which closed in July over a mechanical issue.**

"Some dumbass just climbed batwing," a park guest wrote Sunday on X, sharing video of a guest running up the stairs of the 115-foot-tall roller coaster on the park's final operating day.

The same guest later shared another clip — which they claimed to show the same guest as the prior video — being arrested and escorted by authorities past the green track of the park's Joker's Jinx roller coaster (also themed to a DC Comics character).

In a longer video the user shared to YouTube, a group of people can be seen confronting the guest at the bottom of the lift hill's stairs.

"Safety is a cornerstone of our business, and we have zero tolerance for disruptive and unsafe behavior," a Six Flags spokesperson told * *via email. "On Sunday evening, a guest was stopped by park security and was arrested by Prince George's County Police for entering a restricted area."

EW has reached out to representatives for the local police for more information.

Opened in 2001, Batwing opened as one of several Flying Dutchman models from Dutch manufacturer Vekoma. This specific model flipped riders on their stomachs at great heights and through several inversions, with the experience simulating flight.

Before it closed in July following a piece of the train's cosmetic covering reportedly falling off mid-ride, Batwing was the final operating Flying Dutchman model in the world. Two others previously operated in Ohio (the now-closed Six Flags Worlds of Adventure's X-Flight was later relocated to the state's Kings Island park as Firehawk) and North Carolina (Nighthawk first opened as Stealth at California's Great America, before being shipped off to Carowinds). Kings Island shuttered Firehawk in 2018, while Nighthawk closed at Carowinds in December 2024.

Six Flags America first opened in 1974 as a drive-through wildlife preserve, before transforming into a major amusement park over the years. Six Flags acquired the park in 1998, with Cedar Fair — the company behind parks like Cedar Point, Knott's Berry Farm, and the aforementioned Carowinds and Kings Island — merging with Six Flags in July 2024 to form a super chain of attractions.

A specific reason wasn't given for closing Six Flags America, which operated just outside of Washington, D.C., though a public official said upon announcement of the park's closure in May that locals were working on potential plans for the 500-acre site, of which Six Flags America only occupied about 130 acres.

"For decades, Six Flags has been more than just a theme park—it is a cherished part of our county's identity, a source of joy for families, and a hub of economic activity," official Tara H. Jackson said of the site in May, per the Associated Press. "We are committed to working closely with Six Flags and other stakeholders to guide a thoughtful and inclusive redevelopment process that supports jobs, growth and long-term community benefit."

Among historic attractions at the park were Firebird, the first-ever roller coaster from iconic Swiss company Bolliger & Mabillard, as well as Wild One, a 108-year-old wooden roller coaster that was relocated from a park in Massachusetts after first opening there in 1917.

Awards season sometimes feels like... well... one battle after another when it comes to gauging top contenders in the race.

This year, however, major players in the hunt for Oscars have sprung up in pole position at a remarkably early stage, with long-overdue, 11-time nominee Paul Thomas Anderson's latest widely expected to put an end to his lengthy losing streak at the Academy Awards.

But, as last year's Best Actress race between longtime frontrunner Demi Moore and eventual winner Mikey Madison proved, the Oscars race is a fluid, ever-changing entity with more plot twists than Yorgos Lanthimos' *Bugonia*.**

Best Picture

Call it a boring Best Picture race if you *must*, but the industry is — and will continue to be — endlessly enamored by Anderson's latest. If momentum holds for the legendary filmmaker's timely thriller, we're looking at a monolithic contender that could end up as the most-winning Best Picture victor in recent memory.

Enthusiasm for *One Battle After Another* appears to be strongest with actors, directors, and producers, meaning it could "stack" its way to a Best Picture victory by appealing to the most influential branches in the Academy. Starting with the actors, *Battle* has, in theory, around six major stars who could find a path into the acting categories, with Regina Hall and Benicio Del Toro obviously being the most vulnerable. However, the hold it currently seems to have in the Best Actor (Leonardo DiCaprio), Best Actress (Chase Infiniti), and Best Supporting Actress (Teyana Taylor) categories is a testament to the film's emotional core, which will drive support in the long run.

Not far behind it, though, is Chloé Zhao's *Hamnet*, the director's prestige follow-up (sorry, *Eternals*) to *Nomadland *that's already generated significant buzz thanks to Jessie Buckley's lead performance, Paul Mescal's supporting turn, and the film's historic dressings (it will build support across technical categories, too).

*Sentimental Value* and *It Was Just an Accident* will additionally continue the recent Cannes-initiated trend of high-brow global dramas hitting big with the Academy's increasingly international votership (*Cold War*, *Parasite*, *Another Round*, *Triangle of Sadness*, *Anatomy of a Fall*, etc.), while *Sinners* occupies a key spot as a runaway box office smash with star power, critical support, and commercial success bolstering its solid place in the 2026 race.

The remaining slots feel open to some degree, with Timothée Chalamet's *Marty Supreme* and *Bugonia* jockeying for slots as well (we see *Bugonia* dropping on some predictions lists... never discount a Lanthimos-Emma Stone venture), while *Wicked: For Good *also feels like a solid choice to round out the category one year after its predecessor stormed the nominations list.* *

Best Director

It's hard to believe that *Boogie Nights*, *Magnolia*, *Punch-Drunk Love*, *There Will Be Blood*, and *The Master* helmer has never won an Oscar, but his 11 career nominations stand as a testament to his enduring popularity.

Though he's Oscar-less, PTA has won Best Director at Cannes, the Silver Lion in Venice, and the Golden Bear in Berlin, meaning his reach is, at this point, far and wide, in every corner of the globe. He aims to finally cement that affection for his work with America's foremost film award, and all signs point to his most recent work steamrolling the competition.

While *One Battle After Another* has, at this point, seemingly won the campaign war for Best Picture, Best Director feels more vulnerable. Jafar Panahi has earned similarly passionate praise for *It Was Just an Accident* out of Cannes, while Ryan Coogler could court votes for helming an original story to massive commercial success at the global box office with *Sinners*.**

Leonardo DiCaprio in 'One Battle After Another'

Leonardo DiCaprio in 'One Battle After Another'.

Let's get this out of the way now: We're not using *Killers of the Flower Moon* to gauge DiCaprio's standing in the current Best Actor race. While he missed out on a nod for Martin Scorsese's three-hour 2023 drama, it was a crowded year with far less assured chances.

His performance (along with those of Infiniti and Taylor) are the pumping heart of *One Battle After Another*, and he's positioned at the head of a middling race with an uncertain roster at this stage.

*Marty Supreme*'s Chalamet also feels safely squared away here (once again) as Hollywood's reigning golden boy, though the remaining three slots appear to be wide open for contenders like Wagner Moura (*The Secret Agent*) and *Sinners*' Michael B. Jordan (playing dual roles, mind you) to swoop in.

While *Jay Kelly*'s George Clooney and *Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere'*s* *Jeremy Allen White could sneak in as they star in projects revolving around elements of the entertainment industry (which the Oscars tend to love, especially when they're about men), it's Dwayne Johnson's performance in *The Smashing Machine* that we have our eye on for the long run. While the Mark Kerr biopic didn't smash the box office, Johnson still underwent a bit of a transformation for the role, and it marks one of his most dramatic roles to date — and, given his long-standing likability and box office might in the industry, his fellow actors might feel inclined to lift up one of the last remaining *movie* stars of a dying breed of Hollywood actors.

- Leonardo DiCaprio, *One Battle After Another*

- Timothée Chalamet, *Marty Supreme*

- Wagner Moura, *The Secret Agent*

- Michael B. Jordan, *Sinners*

Best Actress

Just like last year, Best Actress is shaping up to be another two-woman race throughout the remainder of the season. For now, *Hamnet*'s Buckley is out front, with her emotionally charged performance in Zhao's drama earning the best reviews of the actress' career. On paper, she's got a buzzy trail ahead of her, too, with her heavily anticipated reunion with *Lost Daughter *helmer Maggie Gyllenhaal (the bonkers-looking *The Bride*) set to drop March 6, with a press cycle likely coinciding with Buckley's Oscar bid.

Renate Reinsve is hot on her tail, though, and will surely court international voters after she burst onto the scene with her standout performance in the phenomenal *Worst Person in the World* — also directed by *Sentimental Value*'s Trier.

Regardless of how its box office numbers fare in comparison to the 2024 edition, *Wicked: For Good *will again boost Cynthia Erivo into the Best Actress crowd, with her performance set to be a towering end to the two-part musical opus. Infiniti also feels like the "ingenue" of the year, much the way Madison ended the race last year, while it's unwise to discount Stone's unrelenting power in the Oscar race — especially in a film like *Bugonia*, her re-teaming with Lanthimos after they found success with *The Favourite *and *Poor Things*.

Sean Penn in 'One Battle After Another'

Sean Penn in 'One Battle After Another'.

Best Supporting Actor

Sean Penn kicked up the intensity with his work in *One Battle After Another*, and audiences took note. His bold role as a military officer might rub some the wrong way on character alone, but there's no denying how the industry will receive such a brash performance. Supporting contenders often succeed with more in-your-face work (just look at last year's Best Supporting Actress winner, Zoe Saldaña for *Emilia Pérez*), and Penn's transformative work here could lead to his first victory in 16 years.

Stellan Skarsgård also feels like a safe choice given his well-received turn in *Sentimental Value*, as does Mescal for his hefty supporting turn in *Hamnet.* The remaining slots are a toss-up in an open field, with the increasingly powerful profile of *Challengers* actor Josh O'Connor bolstering his bid for *Wake Up Dead Man,* which contains arguably his best work to date.

Del Toro could go along for the ride with *Battle*, as could youngster Jacobi Jupe (*Hamnet*) and *Sinners*' Delroy Lindo, but it's Jacob Elordi's work in *Frankenstein* that, while not technically the best of any of the aforementioned names, is physically transformative enough to catch voters' attention.

- Sean Penn, *One Battle After Another*

- Stellan Skarsgård, *Sentimental Value*

- Paul Mescal, *Hamnet*

- Benicio Del Toro, *One Battle After Another*

- Jacob Elordi, *Frankenstein*

**In the hunt:** Josh O'Connor, *Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery*; Adam Sandler, *Jay Kelly*; Delroy Lindo, *Sinners*; Jacobi Jupe, *Hamnet*; Dylan O'Brien, *Twinless*; William H. Macy,* Train Dreams*

Best Supporting Actress

Amy Madigan came locked and loaded into the Best Supporting Actress race, with *Weapons* registering as a runaway hit with a cultural impact strong enough to catapult her into the Oscars contest.

Whether she'll maintain throughout the season remains to be seen. She'll need strong, sustained support from both critics groups and precursor bodies to stay afloat, as her work in the film is memorable, but not as showy as one might expect upon first glance. She's got the element of wild transformation on her side, but the performance lacks the kind of prestige appeal necessary to win over the snootier, international voting body of the acting branch. And, while not outright horror in nature, many might dismiss the film as simply a genre picture in general, and refuse to watch it in the first place.

That said, there's still a chance she could sneak in, but this category is packed with potential players who also appear in this year's likely Best Picture contenders. That kind of weight will help recognizable names like prior winner Gwyneth Paltrow (*Marty Supreme*) and Elle Fanning (*Sentimental Value*) succeed on early ballots.

Support for *Sinners* is also likely to be strong in the coming weeks, with Wunmi Mosaku's incredible performance in the film ultimately strong enough (and her part meaty enough) to overcome the same kind of genre bias that might hold someone like Madigan back.

But, at this phase, the race seems to be Taylor's to lose. With another high-profile performance streaming in Ryan Murphy's *All's Fair* during key voting periods, Taylor's face (and acting prowess) will be hard to ignore this year — especially in such a strong Best Picture contender like *One Battle After Another*.

- Teyana Taylor, *One Battle After Another*

- Gwyneth Paltrow, *Marty Supreme*

- Elle Fanning, *Sentimental Value*

- Wunmi Mosaku, *Sinners*

- Ariana Grande, *Wicked: For Good*

**In the hunt: **Amy Madigan, *Weapons*; Glenn Close, *Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery*; Regina Hall, *One Battle After Another*;* *Emily Blunt, *The Smashing Machine*

Fox Sports parted ways with football analyst Mark Sanchez, the network said Friday, a month following his arrest in Indianapolis in an incident in which he was stabbed after allegedly attacking a truck driver.

"We can confirm that Mark Sanchez is no longer with the network," a Fox Sports spokesperson said in a statement to NBC News. "There will be no further comment at this time."

The network on Friday also announced the addition of former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees to its stable of broadcasters.

Brees was assigned to work with play-by-play man Adam Amin, who'd been paired with Sanchez in Weeks 1 through 4 of this NFL season.

Sanchez, a former New York Jets quarterback, was charged with felony battery involving serious bodily injury stemming from the incident that unfolded in the early morning hours of Oct. 4.

Sanchez, a Southern California native, was in town for the Las Vegas Raiders-Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium when he approached the driver at a nearby Westin Hotel loading dock, according to a court affidavit.

The truck driver, working for a company that recycles used cooking oil, was told by Sanchez that he couldn't be parked at the Westin Hotel loading dock, officials said.

After an allegedly impaired Sanchez grabbed the 69-year-old and threw him towards a wall, the driver believed "he was now in physical danger, so he reached into his pocket and grabbed his pepper spray and sprayed Mr. Sanchez in the face," according to a court affidavit.

When the pepper spray didn't prompt Sanchez to retreat, the victim stabbed Sanchez in self-defense, officials said.

Sanchez could not be immediately reached for comment Friday.

His criminal defense attorney in Indianapolis declined to discuss his client's career or legal dealings.

On Nov. 7, Alex said, "I feel terrible about it" and told reporters he's working towards "becoming a better teammate"

Maia said she and her brother "understand each other and the process" and they will "choose each other every time"

Olympians Alex and Maia Shibutani have broken their silence on a leaked video that shows Alex cursing at his sister during a practice.

The video surfaced last month on YouTube, showing Alex, 34, berating Maia, 31, about her execution of a routine during practice on the rink. Another woman is also present, standing on the sides while the Shibutani siblings are on the ice.

At one moment in the video, Alex tells his sister, "Maia, you are an idiot."

After the siblings — who announced their return to competitive figure skating on May 1 after Maia spent years recovering from a cancerous tumor in her kidney — placed sixth in the rhythm dance competition at ISU's Grand Prix Series on Friday, Nov. 7, both addressed the video and said they've made amends.

"I feel terrible about it," Alex — who, alongside Maia, won two bronze medals at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics — told reporters, according to the . "Unfortunately, I lost my temper in training and it shouldn't have happened," he said, adding that he "apologized to Maia right after our practice."

Alex said the "intensity of what we are trying to do" and the "standards that we have" led to the outburst. "But it was wrong and I am committed to being a better teammate," he said, adding that he's "so lucky to skate with Maia."

"We have a very unique, special relationship and we are committed to each other and to this process," said Alex, per the AP.

Maia addressed the video as well, saying, "When you are working toward being your best there are going to be intense moments, but for us we understand each other and the process and we work through it together like siblings do," she said, according to the AP.

"We continued practicing that day and we choose each other every time," she added.

The siblings announced their return to the sport five years after Maia revealed that a tumor she had removed from her kidney was cancerous.

In May 2024, Maia told PEOPLE she was "healthy and doing well."

In their statement on May 1, Maia said, "These past seven years have challenged and inspired us in ways we never expected. I'm so happy and grateful to be healthy and in a position to make the decision to return to the sport I love in this way."

Alex said in the May statement that he and Maia are looking forward to bringing a new flare to the ice. "Our experiences and the new skills we've developed during our time away from competition have brought us different perspectives and created some exciting new possibilities. We don't take any of this for granted. We're really enjoying the process and look forward to performing and competing together again."

The NFL trade deadline has come and gone. The big names that were rumored to be on the move, like Breece Hall and A.J. Brown, are staying put. Instead, Rashid Shaheed and Jakobi Meyers were the biggest names that were traded, which does not exactly make waves.

While they might not make a huge impact in fantasy with their new teams, it does boost the value of the players from the teams they left. Some of those players have been repeat streamer recommendations this season. Fantasy leagues have mostly picked up on that and added them in many leagues.

In addition, a few popular streamers from last week performed well and are now rostered in too many leagues to qualify as streamers. That just means the process is working. Now, it's time to find the next wave of streamers to help you win in Week 10.

Here are 10 players and one defense you can stream this week.

*Streamers are players who are rostered in 50% or fewer of Yahoo! leagues.

Fantasy Football Week 10 StreamersQuarterbacksJ.J. McCarthy, Minnesota Vikings

Quarterback streaming options are slim this week. With Jayden Daniels, Dak Prescott, Joe Flacco, and Patrick Mahomes injured or on bye, it's time to dig deep.

McCarthy made his first start since Week 2 and looked solid, throwing two touchdowns and rushing for another. His matchup against the Ravens isn't as soft as it appears on paper, but with Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison at his disposal, McCarthy is the top streaming option this week.

Jacoby Brissett, Arizona Cardinals

Brissett has quietly been reliable in his three starts for the Cardinals, finishing as QB7, QB12, and QB10.

Seattle presents a tougher test, but Brissett has already succeeded against difficult defenses like Green Bay and Indianapolis. He's unlikely to match last week's production against Dallas, but he's still a viable streaming choice.

Running BacksBam Knight/Emari Demercado, Arizona Cardinals

Both backs are in play as streamers, with a slight edge to Demercado, who led the team in rushing attempts last week (14 to 9).

It's anyone's guess who leads the team in carries this week, as it seems to change every week. However, both are getting enough touches to stay in the streaming mix.

Of course, this changes if Trey Benson returns, though that seems unlikely.

Blake Corum, Los Angeles Rams

Corum has logged double-digit carries in back-to-back games.

He's somewhat game-script dependent, and both recent matchups were blowouts that inflated his usage. Still, it's notable that the Rams gave Corum the first drive of the second half in Week 9 while up by 10. The team appears to be making a concerted effort to get him more work, likely to preserve Kyren Williams for the stretch run.

Wide ReceiversDarius Slayton, New York Giants

With a lack of a productive running game without Cam Skattebo, the Giants will need to pass to keep up with the Bears. That should lead to another busy day for Slayton, who's seen five and seven targets in his two games since returning from injury.

The matchup is also favorable. The Bears allow the second-most fantasy points to opposing receivers this season.

Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers

Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks, and Tucker Kraft are all out, while Matthew Golden is nursing a shoulder injury.

That leaves Watson as one of the last healthy options for Green Bay. He's a high-risk, high-reward play but could see heavy volume by necessity.

Parker Washington, Jacksonville Jaguars

The matchup against Houston isn't ideal, but opportunity matters most for streamers.

With Travis Hunter on IR and Brian Thomas Jr. still not practicing as of Thursday, Washington is the likely No. 1 target for Trevor Lawrence, even after Jakobi Meyers' arrival via trade.

Tight EndsJuwan Johnson, New Orleans Saints

Johnson rewarded fantasy managers who streamed him last week and could do so again.

With Rashid Shaheed no longer on the roster, Johnson should see an increase in targets. The matchup is better than last week, too, as the Saints face a much weaker Panthers defense this week.

Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

If the Patriots have a weakness, it's defending tight ends. They currently allow the seventh-most fantasy points to the position.

With Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Bucky Irving all sidelined, expect Otton to serve as a reliable target for Baker Mayfield.

DefenseJacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville was a slight disappointment in Week 9 after a wild fourth quarter and overtime period where both teams combined for 44 points. Before that, both teams had scored just 15 total points.

Don't expect Houston to replicate that kind of scoring output with Davis Mills under center. The Jaguars should bounce back and take advantage of the backup quarterback this week.
