Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee are weighing whether to help Halil Suleyman “Sul” Ozerden, a pal of appearing White House chief of employees Mick Mulvaney who Trump nominated to the highly effective fifth Circuit Courtroom of Appeals. The Judiciary Committee is set to vote on Ozerden’s nomination Thursday, an important check to his confirmation.
