The former Manchester United defender reckons current Three Lions boss Southgate is in a very lucky place to be in control of such a gifted group of players and somebody like Klopp can be keen to have the same opportunity.

'Gareth Southgate is lucky, fortunate man,' stated Ferdinand. 'He's earned the proper however it's a lucky place to be in this era, this era with what he's obtained at his disposal.
