WWE's Wade Barrett replaced on Raw by beloved star in major commentary team reshuffle
WWE fan favourite Pat McAfee has officially rejoined Michael Cole at the commentary desk because the alternative for Wade Barrett.
The former NFL star has reunited with the legendary wrestling broadcaster on Monday Night time Raw after they delighted fans with their work collectively on SmackDown from April 2021 till his exit in September 2022 to concentrate on his ESPN school soccer show.
Cole opened last night time's programme solo earlier than being joined by McAfee – who made a shock return to name the action at the Royal Rumble over the weekend – as he was revealed as his new broadcast associate on Monday nights.

Cole, who has repeatedly admitted he felt revitalised on the commentary desk alongside the former NFL punter, previously stated he didn't need to retire till that they had yet one more stint on the sales space.
The veteran commentator had been calling the action with Englishman Wade Barrett since McAfee's exit, but now the previous Intercontinental Champion's fast future stays uncertain.
The printed group shakeup comes days after Kevin Patrick was removed from the SmackDown desk, where he had been working with Corey Graves, after failing to totally impress followers and managers behind the scenes.
He was launched from his WWE contract final week, and there was hypothesis Barrett might be a part of Graves on Friday nights with one among them shifting to extra of a play-by-play position.
