Celebrity friends and fans flooded the comments section, offering their well-wishes for the happy couple. The Hadid sisters shared their support with Bella writing: "chillieee williessss I love you soooo much!!!!" and Gigi commenting: "Yayayayyaaaaaa." Chrissy Teigen wrote: "You are going to be an amazing amazing mommy oh boy get ready!!! So exciting so happy for you both!!" and Taylor Hill commented: "Omg 
The couple first met back in 2009 when Hailey was just 12 years old, as she ran into her teen crush backstage at The Today Show. Three years later, she met him again at the premiere of his movie-documentary Never Say Never along with her dad Stephen Baldwin. It wasn't until 2014 that the pair were properly acquainted — and later began an on-again, off-again relationship.
They first got married at a New York City court house in 2018, just two months after getting engaged. A year later, they had a bigger celebration with family and friends in Bluffton, South Carolina — which saw Hailey don an intricately designed Off-White wedding dress by late designer Virgil Abloh. Her impressive, cathedral-length train was embroidered with: "Till death do us part."
Ever since getting married, Hailey has had to quash widespread pregnancy rumours and social media speculation. In a 2022 Grammys appearance, which saw her wear a flowing ivory gown by Saint Laurent, she clapped back at an Instagram post by a news outlet writing: "I'm not pregnant leave me alone."
While covering GQ Hype last October, she further opened up about the constant pregnancy gossip and whether it affected her. "Recently, everybody was like, 'Oh my God, she's pregnant,' and that's happened to me multiple times before," she began. "There is something that's disheartening about, damn, I can't be bloated one time and not be pregnant? It would be a lie if I was like, 'Oh yeah, I don't give a shit.'"
She concluded, frankly: "When there comes a day that that is true, you, you as in the internet, will be the last to know."
