Manhattan DA, Trump reach temporary deal on subpoena for Trump's tax returns


The Manhattan district lawyer’s office has agreed not to implement a subpoena for President Donald Trump’s tax returns until a federal courtroom guidelines on the workplace’s motion to dismiss Trump’s go well with to dam the subpoena and an injunction sought by the president.

In a letter to federal Decide Victor Marrero as we speak, attorneys in the DA’s office stated they “reached a short lived association” with Trump’s attorneys to delay enforcement of the subpoena until 1 p.m. two enterprise days after Marrero guidelines or till 1 p.m. Oct. 7, whichever comes first.
