Michelle Obama seemingly chose to ignore controversial remarks made about her by Josh Hokit at the UFC Freedom 250 event Sunday.

Rather, the following day, she took to social media to share an exciting project connected to her and her husband. The post was made a day after Hokit accused the former first lady of being "a man" after his win at the UFC event on the White House lawn in tandem with President Donald Trump's 80th birthday - with a lip reader spotting Donald Trump's comment to the UFC fighter after the sickening slur.

"Barack and I were so honored to have @AkunyiliCrosby create our portrait for the Obama Presidential Center. Her artistic brilliance shines through — and the way she infused such life and joy into the piece is truly extraordinary. We love it, and we think everyone who visits the Center will too!", she wrote on X, attaching a video of their interaction. It comes just days after a lip reader revealed Trump's desperate 8-word plea as he was brutally booed at the New York Knicks game.

In the roughly one-and-a-half-minute-long video, the Obamas speak with the artist about her process in painting a mural of the former first couple. The art piece is a mosaic of pictures of the prominent pair throughout their career.

"It's us! And all of the stories within the story," Michelle said in the video, reacting to the uncovered mural. "Oh my god, you got everything in there!".

The former president went on to joke that the artist didn't "touch up" his hair, keeping the 64-year-old's gray hair before both went on to praise the artist for her hard work and dedication to telling their story.

Hokit came under fire after accusing the former first lady of being "a man" during his initial remarks after his UFC fight win.

"Shoutout to Trump for having the balls to put some s--- like this on," he began. "And if I'm going to say anything, there's only one person more incredible than the Incredible Hok and that's my lord and savior Jesus Christ."

"Now listen, Alex Pereira, I wanna chama on your mama. And lastly, Michelle Obama is a man. Am I right, America?".

Trump has not publicly acknowledged or condemned the remarks at press time. However, he did make a post on Truth Social after the major spectacle, where he ranted about Democrats.

"The Dumocrats want FISA because that's what they used to go after me for three years during my First Term! I'm against FISA if it doesn't come with The Save America Act (Full version!) firmly attached to it. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!" Trump wrote.

In the post, Trump also praised Hokit and other "outstanding" fighters at the "incredible" event, which he described as "PERFECT" despite the poor weather forecast, which led to heaps of trouble for the president over the weekend.

During the event, however, CNN reported that Trump "appeared to show a half-smile" after Hokit's remark about the former first lady.

On Monday, CNN's Jake Tapper said when asked for comment on the incident White House spokesman Steven Cheung said: "He had a great win last night. He showed toughness and the ability to pressure his opponent both on his feet and on the ground."

Trump faced criticism after reposting a since-deleted Truth Social post showing the Obamas' faces digitally placed onto images of apes.

Instead of apologizing for the racist post he claimed he did not see it.

"I just looked at the first part. I didn't see the whole thing. I guess during the end of it, there was some kind of a picture that people don't like. I wouldn't like it either, but I didn't see it," Trump said.

When asked by both Democrats and Republicans to take the post down he doubled down.

"No, I didn't make a mistake. I looked at thousands of things, and I looked at the beginning of it, and it was fine.... If you look at where it came from, I guess it was a take-off from the Lion King," Trump said.

Michelle has made feelings on Trump clear

The former first lady, who shares a rocky history with the president, has not shied away from publicly criticizing Trump.

Obama has admitted she 'sobbed' after his first inauguration, and caused a stir after she skipped out on Jimmy Carter's funeral.

Speculation rose that she didn't want to be seated next to Trump and Melania, but her team explained her absence was due to scheduling conflicts.

She also chose to skip out on Trump's 2025 inauguration.

"People couldn't believe that I was saying no for any other reason, they had to assume that my marriage was falling apart," Obama said about the divorce rumors that originated regarding her husband attending events alone.

She revealed: "It took everything in my power to not do the thing that was perceived as right, but do the things that was right for me, that was a hard thing for me to do."

It comes as Barron Trump was cruelly torn apart for his new appearance as he broke cover for the UFC fight.
