Actor Zachery Ty Bryan was reportedly sentenced to over a year in jail Monday, following his arrest in 2024 for a DUI.

The "Home Improvement" star, 44, reached a plea deal with prosecutors after pleading guilty to the offense and admitting to an enhancement, given several previous DUI charges, according to People. Bryan will serve 14 months, the outlet reports.

USA TODAY has reached out to Bryan's lawyer in California for comment.

Bryan was first arrested in February 2024 on accusations of driving under the influence. In March of that year, he was charged with a felony DUI, having already notched a DUI conviction in the 10 years prior.

The California incident marked his fourth DUI charge, according to court records obtained by USA TODAY at the time. The actor also faced a misdemeanor charge for a hit-and-run and property damage.

Records show Bryan refused a sobriety test and had a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or more. The legal limit in California for drivers over 21 is .08 or higher.

Bryan, who played Tim's (Tim Allen) son Brad on the 1990s sitcom "Home Improvement," was previously arrested for alleged domestic violence in 2020 and convicted on two counts before being arrested in another domestic violence incident in 2023.

In December, he was arrested in Oregon for allegedly violating his probation related to a previous domestic violence case.
