Jake Elliott kicked two field goals and the Philadelphia Eagles held off a frantic Buffalo rally to squeak out a 13-12 win over the Bills on Sunday at Orchard Park, N.Y.

Buffalo scored 12 straight fourth-quarter points, but Josh Allen's two-point conversion throw to Khalil Shakir was off the mark with five seconds remaining. The Eagles (11-5) recovered the ensuing onside kick in a contest played in heavy rain.

Jalen Hurts misfired on all seven of his second-half pass attempts while finishing 13 of 27 for 110 yards and a touchdown pass to Dallas Goedert. Jalen Carter blocked an extra point and Jihaad Campbell had a key fumble recovery for Philadelphia, which gained just 190 yards of offense.

Allen completed 23 of 35 passes for 262 yards and also rushed for both Buffalo touchdowns despite consistently hobbling because of his right foot injury.

Brandin Cooks had four catches for 101 yards for Buffalo (11-5), which had a four-game winning streak halted and saw its streak of five straight AFC East titles come to an end. The New England Patriots clinched the division with this Bills loss.

The Bills finally got on the board in the fourth quarter when Allen scored on a 2-yard keeper with 5:11 remaining. Carter blocked Michael Badgley's extra point with his outstretched left hand.

Buffalo got the ball back with 3:21 remaining and began driving. On a fourth-and-10 from the Bills' 29, Allen threw a 4-yard completion to Tyrell Shavers, who lateraled the ball to Ty Johnson on a hook-and-ladder play, allowing Johnson to scamper 21 yards to the Eagles' 46.

Later in the drive, Allen hit Cooks for 36 yards to the 10.

Dawson Knox later caught a pass from Allen and his elbow hit a foot shy of the goal line to leave the Bills with fourth-and-goal. Allen then scored himself to bring Buffalo within one point before he misfired on the pass to a wide-open Shakir.

The Bills were at the Philadelphia 22-yard line in a scoreless contest when Allen's lost fumble helped the Eagles move ahead.

He was scrambling as Jaelan Phillips approached and he started his arm forward in a throwing motion before pulling it back and losing it at the 29. The ball hit Phillips and hurriedly went in the other direction, and the Eagles' Campbell dove on it at the Buffalo 45.

The Eagles cashed in on the fumble with a seven-play, 45-yard drive capped by Hurts' 1-yard scoring pass to Goedert with 35 seconds left in the opening quarter.

Philadelphia tacked on field goals of 47 and 28 yards by Elliott in the second quarter for a 13-0 lead.

Buffalo threatened in the third quarter and had fourth-and-goal from the Eagles' 3.

Allen dropped back to pass and began to scramble but was stopped inside the 1 by Philadelphia's Zack Baun with 2:16 left in the quarter.
