A father of four, who had illegally lived in the United States for over 20 years, was detained when ICE knocked down his door looking for someone else. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement arrived at the Illinois home in search of a man named Jose Ramos, 26, who is wanted for suspected murder charges. Ramos was not home and his family said he had not been seen or heard from in months.
