Over 13,000 federal employees reportedly received an abusive email concerning President Trump, after officials rolled out a new broadcast system. All of those currently employed with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) received the email with the subject header 'Resign', according to Mediaite. The message said: 'Aren't you tired of working for a complete c***?', and was followed up by a message from senior staff who apologized. NOAA Deputy Director of Communications Scott Smullen reportedly told staff in a memo: 'I'm sorry this happened to us.
