Moments before The Voice alum Ryan Whyte Maloney died on Tuesday, Jan. 28, he got into an argument with his fiancée. According to a police report obtained by PEOPLE, his fiancée told police that she and Maloney — who was intoxicated — started arguing in the car after they left the New York-New York Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, where he had performed earlier in the night. They were driving home when she asked him whether he had her jacket, per the report.
