Hailey Louise Williams will be bringing a special plus-one to Super Bowl LX.
The breathwork facilitator and meditation teacher, who is married to the Seattle Seahawks' star defensive end Leonard Williams, tells PEOPLE she is 36 weeks pregnant and that the big game falls on the last weekend she is allowed to travel by plane.
While her and Leonard's focus has been on football, she says after the Super Bowl, they'll focus on the baby, who is due the second week of March.
"Everything is prepared for the baby. The nursery's done, I got the car seat and the stroller. We have the crib, and everything's ready to go," she shares. "Right now, we're focusing on football. Leo's doing his best to support me with all the emotions that have come up because emotions come up in pregnancy."

Thankfully, her family lives in San Francisco, where this year's Super Bowl is held, so she will have plenty of support. Between her family and her baby on the way, Hailey will have multiple generations rooting for the Seahawks, and says she feels a "deep sense of gratitude" to be able to share these moments with her little one.
"The baby has reminded me that I needed to slow down. I'm so happy they chose my husband and me at this time to come into our lives and deepen this experience in ways that we couldn't have even imagined before, when it was just us two," she says.
Hailey, 34, shares that her baby frequently kicks during games, which already makes it "feel like they're a part of it."
"It's like right when I sit still, then that's when they're like, 'Why aren't you rocking me to sleep?'" she says, "Especially at Lumen Field, because it's so loud, I think they are like, 'What's happening out there?' I like to think that they know what's going on and are rooting for the Seahawks as well."

Hailey notes that her family — including her Super Bowl-winning father, Ronnie Lott — will join her for next week's game, just like they did for the NFC Championship on Jan. 25.
Last week, the Seahawks beat the Los Angeles Rams to punch their ticket to the Super Bowl. After the game, Hailey reunited with her husband on the field to celebrate. Cameras captured the couple, who have been together for 11 years, overjoyed as they lay on the field as confetti fell.
"Being able to be on the field was such a moment that we'll never forget. It's now burned into our brains, and it's one of those things we always look back on, especially being pregnant," Hailey says. "It makes it even more meaningful for us because I know we'll get to say, 'Oh, you were there along the way with us, and you got to be along the journey.' "
"It turned out in a way that really was great for my husband and for the team, and ultimately, they've been working so hard for this goal," she continues. "There's a connection on this team that I haven't seen before, and my husband says, 'It's like there's no ego.' I feel like I see that within the players, too. I feel like this team definitely feels special. Amazingly, they get to be rewarded in this special way."
If Hailey had to sum up her feelings right now, she says it's a mix of "excitement" and "whirlwind."
"Everything's happening so fast, and there are moments that we'll never forget. We're really focusing on taking time to slow down and be where we're at," she says. "It's the solution to feeling like, 'This is so crazy. How can we be present with this moment that you've worked so hard for? How can we not take it for granted? How can we soak up every moment that we have?' "
While she typically sees her husband before every game, she notes that her pregame preparation will look a little different next weekend after learning she won't be able to see him on the field before kickoff.
"We will normally pray for him before the game. I'm imagining we're probably gonna have a phone call. When he travels, and I don't, we'll have a phone call in the morning where I get to pray over him, and then I'll send a little follow-up text with a prayer as well. I'll be praying over him the entire game," she shares.

One thing that's helping her ahead of the nerve-wracking weekend is her training and practice in meditation and breathwork.
"We'll do the things we need to when we can, but for now, how can we enjoy this moment? How can we be grateful for what's here now? I'm using a lot of my skills that I've learned as a teacher right now," she says. "I feel it's helping me, and I'm hoping it's helping the other girls and even my husband, so we can all remember, 'Wow, this does not come often.' "
Hailey emphasizes that she "believes in this team" and truly "thinks this team is going to win the Super Bowl."
"At the same time, I'm giving it up to God because I truly feel like whatever is best for us will happen," she continues. "There are lessons on both sides. I'm really excited to see how it happens. I've never seen a team like this, and it's extremely special. They could do anything they put their minds to. We'll see what happens on Sunday."
The Seattle Seahawks will face off against the New England Patriots on Feb. 8 for a chance to raise the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
