The tour bus rolled into Memphis on The Road this week, the last stop before Nashville and the semifinals, where the six remaining country singers handpicked by Blake Shelton, Taylor Sheridan and Keith Urban are under a lot of pressure since no one went home last week, two will be eliminated tonight.
The performances tonight took place at Minglewood Hall where each artist performed a cover song and an original.
Blake was unable to make the concert, so guest judge Karen Fairchild from Little Big Town joined Keith and "tour manager" Gretchen Wilson in critiquing the artists.

At the end of the night, the bottom three vote getters were assessed by Karen and Keith, who made the final decision as to who was eliminated. The grand prize for winning The Road is a slot at Stagecoach, a recording contract and $250,000.

The top 3 at Minglewood Hall in Memphis were Adam Sanders, Cassidy Daniels and Channing Wilson, all of whom have consistently been at the top of the vote.
Who was in The Road bottom two tonight?
"That audience gave us a bottom half tonight," Keith said. "In the bottom, we have Billie Jo, Cody and Britnee. And in the very bottom of that bottom half tonight…Cody, unfortunately, Memphis is your last stop."
Cody said, "I hate to leave but at the same time, I did what I could do. I learned a lot from this thing. To make it this far is a dream. It's been a wild ride."
Then Keith continued, "We saved everybody last week, so this week was going to be brutal. We have to let one more person go. Unfortunately, tonight, Billie Jo, Memphis is your last stop."
"It is super disappointing to be so close to the finale and to go home. But I am so proud of myself and my kids will be so proud of me but they're going to be so excited I'm coming home now instead of waiting a couple more weeks to come home".
The Road will air Sunday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and stream next day on Paramount+.
