APRIL WEDDING
Last weekend, the couple walked down the aisle roughly one year after getting engaged.
In March 2023, they "proposed to each other" and both said yes.
The wedding ceremony, with 76 guests in attendance, took place at the Napoleon House in New Orleans.
The star-studded day featured Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner and co-stars Mae Whitman, 35, and Retta, 54, who worked with Christina on the NBC show Good Girls.
Singer Shirley Manson, the frontwoman of the alternative rock band Garbage, officiated the ceremony.
Christina wore a custom-made gown from Katya Katya and a Boho Juliet veil.
The actress spoke to People about her special day, explaining why she and George chose the southern location.
"New Orleans is a place that I always loved to go before I met George, and a place that he always loved to go before he met me," Christina said.
"And then when we first started dating or meeting up, because we lived across the country from one another, it was the place in the middle.
"It just feels like our city together, even though we both loved it individually," she added.
On her guest list, Christina said she wanted to have the right amount of people present without it feeling "overwhelming."
"But it's certainly not a tiny, intimate wedding," she added. "No, we wanted a celebration — a grand celebration."
