Republican Senator Who Forged Headline-Making Friendship with Obama Dies from Prostate Cancer

Former Oklahoma Sen. Tom Coburn, who was recognized for his staunch conservatism and cross-party friendship with former President Barack Obama, died on Saturday. He was 72.
