Appeals court rules Trump must give taxes to Manhattan grand jury

A federal appeals courtroom ruled on Monday that President Donald Trump’s tax returns have to be turned over to an area grand jury in Manhattan.

A three-judge panel of the 2nd Circuit Courtroom of Appeals unanimously dominated that the president shouldn't be immune from state prosecutors’ investigative steps, reminiscent of a grand jury subpoena, notably for data that don’t pertain to his official duties. Trump plans to ask the Supreme Courtroom to try to block his tax returns from being handed over to the Manhattan district lawyer, a lawyer for the president stated Monday.
