Jesse McCartney is letting go of his Hollywood Hills home.
The singer-actor, 39, has listed the Los Angeles property he shares with wife Katie Peterson for $2.7 million, representatives from Douglas Elliman confirmed to PEOPLE.
Located in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood of Hollywood Hills, Calif., the contemporary home spans 3,635 square feet, and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Glass walls, high ceilings and skylights flood the home with natural light. The chef's kitchen features a dual island and seamlessly opens to the living and dining areas. Sliding glass doors connect the house to a backyard oasis with a pool, sauna and lush garden.
The home's primary suite features dual oversized walk-in closets and a spa-like bath with an integrated sauna. Other amenities on the property include a temperature-controlled wine room and a spacious four-car garage.

The home is listed with Melanie Haschek and Bryce Pennel of The Pennel Group at Douglas Elliman.
“The Los Angeles real estate market is shifting into a more balanced phase. Well-priced, move-in-ready homes are continuing to sell, especially in desirable areas, while overpriced listings are sitting longer. Overall, it’s a more normalized market where strategy and pricing really matter.” Haschek said in a statement shared with PEOPLE.

McCartney first rose to fame as JR Chandler on the soap opera All My Children. The child star then pivoted to music, joining the boy band Dream Street before releasing his own solo hits, including "Beautiful Soul" and "Leavin.' "
The multi-hyphenate dropped his latest EP, Weightless, in September 2025. Later in the year, he opened for the Jonas Brothers on their 2025 Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour.
"The Jonas Brothers opened up for me in 2005, they were my first opening act and I think it was their first tour before they exploded onto the scene," McCartney told PEOPLE in 2025. "It was a really cool, nostalgic moment, not just for the fans, but for us."

The former teen heartthrob married actress Katie Peterson in 2021 after seven years of dating. The couple welcomed their first child, a son named Archer, in May 2025. Born three months premature, Archer spent 70 days in the NICU.
The couple spoke to PEOPLE about their joy after finally bringing Archie home. “[We] just stared at him all night, without any machines around him, in his own crib,” said McCartney. “The greatest day of my life was packing up the car with him and driving home.”
