'Interview With the Vampire' is renamed 'The Vampire Lestat' for season 3. Credit:
AMC has finally given *Interview With the Vampire** *season 3, renamed *The Vampire Lestat*, a premiere date. Fans of late author Anne Rice's Immortal Universe will finally get their long-awaited "immortal rockstar" on Sunday, June 7.
The network also released the opening credits for the new season, which features a new song from the upcoming season, "All Fall Down," by series composer Daniel Hart and performed by star Sam Reid. The show previously dropped single "Long Face" on Feb. 13 (though a lyric video was posted to YouTube in July 2024).

The new season sees Reid's Lestat de Lioncourt living the rockstar life, as vampires have been outed by author Daniel Molloy (Eric Bobosian) in his book that interviews Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson). Lestat takes full advantage of his newfound freedom and embarks on a multi-city tour while being haunted by "muses" from his past.

In addition to Reid, Anderson, and Bogosian, *The Vampire Lestat* stars Assad Zaman, Delainey Hayles and Jennifer Ehle and is executive produced by Mark Johnson; creator, writer and showrunner Rolin Jones; Hannah Moscovitch; along with Christopher Rice and late author Anne Rice.
