Ex-Prince Andrew's new home in Marsh Farm reportedly has a new update. The former Duke of York is currently staying at Wood Farm before renovations in his permanent residence are completed. He was allegedly asked to vacate his original home in Windsor following controversies. Now, as per a report, Andrew's new home has an upgrade that has left everyone confused.
Ex-Prince Andrew's Marsh Farm home is getting a trench for reasons unknown — report
According to the Eastern Daily Press, workers are nearly done with the security fence around ex-Prince Andrew's new home. Now, only a gate is needed to finish the 6-foot-high wooden barrier that has been built around Marsh Farm.
After the installation, it will block much of the two-storey house from the nearby public road. Additionally, a trench has been built between the house and a barn amid the Sandringham Estate near King's Lynn. However, the reason behind the construction remains unknown.

Reports suggest that Andrew's brother, King Charles, will fund his living arrangements. However, the former royal needs to keep away from the limelight to lead a peaceful life. Previously, Andrew was arrested due to suspicion of misconduct in public office. After hours, he was released by Thames Valley Police. Nevertheless, he is still under investigation.
The 66-year-old reportedly needs to live an isolated life if he wants his brother to pay for his lifestyle. He will allegedly keep only two household staff members, a chef and a valet, at his new home. The construction of his permanent residence doubles down on his plans to stay low profile. Previously, it was reported that the locals are not happy with Andrew's decision to stay in Marsh Farm.
One local stated, "I'm a little bit flabbergasted myself. If he's an outcast and living on the estate, he's not an outcast, is he?" Another one said, "Really, he's going back to luxury, isn't he? He's being waited on hand and foot." A third local mentioned, "The press are all down there. The villagers don't like that. It's a quiet village."
