The fifth night of competition on Season 1 of Star Search on Netflix took place on Tuesday night with showstopping performances from eight contestants -- two acts from each of four categories -- challenging each other head-to-head, with audiences tuning in globally and voting on their performances in real time, followed by results revealed immediately in-show.
Four of last week's winners competed again tonight against new challengers in four epic faceoffs in their respective categories. They were Sophie Saylor (Music), Movement 55 (Dance) Yair Keydar (Juniors, Music) and TJ Salta (Variety, Magic).
The five-week live show will search for the stars of tomorrow with the winner taking home the grand prize of $500,000.

Hosted by Anthony Anderson, the judges for the version of the talent competition are Jelly Roll,Sarah Michelle Gellar and Chrissy Teigen.
The Star Search categories are Music, Dance, Juniors, Comedy and Variety (which includes multiple sub-categories, such as magic).

Jelly said: "That was probably the first time I saw ballet happening in front of me. That was my first time witnessing it, so I don't have a basis of comparison. But I thought it was kind of dope. I would now give ballet a chance because of what I saw."
