Although mortgage rates remain elevated, standing a 6.89 percent for a 30-year-rate, some housing markets are still red hot and have buyers ready to pounce. The most sought after location in June was Hartford, Connecticut, according to Realtor.com analysis. Hartford, just two hours from New York City, received 4.4 times more views per property than the national average last month.
