Alec Baldwin was seen clutching champagne as he fled New Mexico following the shock dismissal of charges against him in his Rust shooting case. The actor, his wife and their children were seen bundling onto a private plane at Albuquerque International Sunport Airport. It came just hours after the collapse of his trial over the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who was killed when Baldwin unknowingly fired a live gun on the set of his movie Rust in October 2021.
