A toddler who turned fed up after failing to win a Hiya Kitty toy managed to cheat the system by climbing inside the claw machine.

However the three-year-old Ethan's hack meant officers have been left with no selection however to smash the glass of the arcade machine.

They have been referred to as to the buying centre on Saturday in Brisbane, Australia, after the toddler was seen waving at individuals walking past.

They needed to smash the glass to free the younger boy, who was informed to wait in one nook of the contraption to avoid being glassed.

Ethan seemed to be calm despite being trapped, even waving to individuals walking past.

After overlaying his eyes, one aspect of the machine was smashed, which means the toddler might lastly stroll free.

An adult who lifts the younger boy out of the machine joking advised his son he had 'gained a prize'.
