The Gunners survived a late scare and secured a 2-1 victory towards Nottingham Forest on the Metropolis Ground however the post-match focus centred on the row between two Arsenal defenders.

White was understood to be annoyed by the way in which Zinchenko played Gonzalo Montiel onside in the lead-up to Taiwo Awoniyi's objective which sparked a frantic finale.

Zinchenko's defending has been in the spotlight recently and he made an identical error in the recent 1-1 draw against Liverpool which played an element in Mohamed Salah's equaliser.

'I might have most popular you let them play it out [on the pitch] – it's not like they have been going to have a battle. You go within the dressing room and cope with it there but to see the manager popping out and talking to him right there and then, I'm considering, '[deal with it in the dressing room]'.

Despite victory over Forest, Arsenal remain 5 points adrift of leaders Liverpool ahead of Sunday's summit assembly after the Reds romped to Four-1 win towards Chelsea final night time.

'We [Arsenal] can't lose [against Liverpool], that's the primary factor – we mustn't lose at house,' added Wright.

'I'd fairly us not get crushed. Get the three factors from Forest, a staff that we struggled to beat the last three video games and then Liverpool, you go for it and at some stage you say, 'Have you learnt what, we'll take some extent right here off of them'.

'I like the place we at the moment are. Towards Palace – I didn't anticipate Palace to be as poor as they have been – however on the similar time, Arsenal really put them away ruthlessly.'
