The U.S. Defense Department is planning to halt all home travel for army members after President Donald Trump declared the coronavirus pandemic a national emergency.
The Pentagon says Deputy Protection Secretary David Norquist has authorised new journey restrictions on service members and Defense Department civilians assigned to army installations and surrounding areas within the USA and its territories.
