Allison Holker is engaged!

The So You Think You Can Dance alum and Adam Edmunds announced that they are tying the knot after nearly two years of dating. Holker was previously married to the late Stephen "tWitch" Boss from 2013 until his death by suicide in 2022.

"We're ENGAGED! It was the most romantic night of my life!" the dancer, 38, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, along with a carousel of romantic pictures from the proposal. "I am so in love with you Adam."

She continued, "Baby, I am forever grateful for you and the impact you have had in my life and my kids lives. I am a better person because of you. You helped me find me again and showed me how to love. Every morning I wake up I feel safe knowing you are My person at my side. You and your kids coming into our lives has been the biggest blessing."

The photos included in Holker's post show her in a red satin dress and Edmunds in a white button up shirt, black sport coat, and pants. The collection also shows Edmunds down on one knee surrounded by countless red roses.

Holker shared additional details on how the tech CEO popped the question in the caption as well, including that her beau organized a "surprise birthday party" that ended up turning into a "surprise proposal party," complete with a guest appearance by Clinton Kane to sing the couple's song, "I Guess I'm in Love."

"Adam, I will always support you, hold you and love you. You are my everything Adam. The best way to describe us is with our song," Holker concluded, before including the lyrics to the song Kane performed for them to end her note.

According to PEOPLE, Holker began dating Edmunds a year and a half after the death of Boss, the famed dancer and Ellen DeGeneres Show DJ. The new couple made their relationship official when they posed for photos at a New York Fashion Week show in September 2024, after Holker soft-launched her boyfriend the previous month with a subtle Instagram post.

Holkner faced backlash last year for a tell-all memoir that Boss' family and friends called a "smear campaign." In the book and the related press tour promoting it, Holker claimed that Boss — who took his own life at age 40 in December 2022 — had hidden a "cornucopia" of drugs, including mushrooms, pills and "other substances" that she discovered after his death.

She later responded to the criticism to say her intention in making public reveal was to "help someone else who might see themselves or a loved one in Stephen. In sharing I hope that maybe they can catch some the red flags that I missed before it's too late."

In December, Holker marked the three-year anniversary of Boss' death by taking to Instagram to commemorate the somber occasion. At the time, she shared a carousel of images and videos of the couple and their three children, Maddox, Zaia, and Weslie, Holker's daughter from a previous relationship, whom Boss later adopted.

"Today is the 3 year Stephen tWitch Boss anniversary day 12/13/2022. We honor you and cherish all of our beautiful memories with you. We loved laughing, creating and dancing. We will love you forever," she wrote in the caption of the post.

She also thanked fans who have kept Boss' memory alive by continuing to post their tributes and memories of the dance star. "Saw some beautiful posts yesterday as we lead up to the day. Thank you for your endless love and support. It means the world to me and my kids," she added.
