"Peekaboo"! Kendrick Lamar continues his reign as a rap giant at the 2026 Grammy Awards.

At the 68th ceremony on Sunday night, Lamar dethroned Jay-Z as the most-awarded rapper in Grammy history after taking home the gramophone for best rap album for "GNX."

The 12-track album, released in November 2024, came at the tail-end of the height of the beef with Canadian rapper Drake.

So far, he has won four Grammys: best rap song for "tv off," best rap performance for his contribution to The Clipse's "Chains & Whips," best rap album for "GNX," and best melodic rap performance for "luther" with SZA.

The duo is fresh off a successful 2025 with their Super Bowl performance and their record breaking Grand National Tour.
