Heather Locklear is opening up about her favorite memories from filming the sitcom Spin City — and sharing what was different about working with Michael J. Fox versus his replacement in the series, Charlie Sheen. Speaking during a panel at '90s Con in Daytona Beach, Fla. earlier this year, the actress, 63, opened up about the production of the ABC sitcom, which aired from 1996 to 2003. Spin City followed the story of fictional New York City Mayor Randall Winston (Barry Bostwick) and his deputy mayor Mike Flaherty, (originally played by Fox).
