Lais Ribeiro is a mom of two! The Brazilian model, 33, has welcomed her second baby, her first with her former Chicago Bulls center husband Joakim Noah, PEOPLE can confirm. Ribeiro revealed the exciting news on Friday, Nov. 29 by sharing a photograph on Instagram of herself holding her newborn while standing beside Noah and her teenage son Alexandre.
