On Sunday, Nov. 3, the Gossip Girl alum, 37, paid tribute to her good friend Luhrmann, 62, in an Instagram post, revealing she's had a photo of him up on her wall since she was a teenager — and it's still there. Lively shared a carousel of photos showing the stunning Tamara Ralph diamond chainmail minidress she wore teamed with a voluminous, tangerine-orange silk taffeta cape to the LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday.
