A Gen Z employee has lit the contact paper on a controversial matter after telling their boss they wouldn't be coming to an 8am assembly because that they had a 'exercise class'.

Heated debates have erupted on social media about work-life stability after the hosts of a well-liked podcast based mostly on 'workplace shenanigans' reacted to an e-mail from a listener.

However their staunch backing of the employer has not gone down properly on social media, notably with Gen Z TikToker Alexandre Evidente who questioned whether refusing to attend conferences outdoors of work hours is one thing individuals ought to be criticised for.&

'We obtained loads of warmth, and rightfully so. It was getting vicious in the feedback. We decided to take it down.'

Natalie claimed the e-mail writer was referring to an employee who was being paid a salary and knew concerning the meeting occasions once they have been employed.&
