Urban has reportedly overhauled his inner circle and work setup in the months since his divorce from Kidman was finalized in early January. The country star is said to be ripping apart his old playbook, from management to music, as he tries to crawl out of what insiders call a "post-divorce slump."

Radar Online exclusively reported that Keith Urban is leaving all traces of Nicole Kidman behind. An insider told the outlet, "Keith's now living a life that's been completely purged of everyone to do with his past life," adding, "He's tired of his career coming second, so he's taking this fresh start very seriously. He's excited by all the new faces working with him."
That reset reportedly includes renovating his Nashville recording studio and drawing plans for a new album. Moreover, Urban has parted ways with longtime manager Gary Borman after more than two decades together, which surprised many in the industry. The insider said, "Gary's retirement has raised plenty of eyebrows," adding, "He's in his 70s, sure, but it's still surprising that he walked away now – unless Keith asked him to."

Urban has since signed with Crush Music, the management company behind Miley Cyrus and Green Day, indicating an aggressive push to reboot his career with a new team.
However, his friends are worried. Radar's source claimed that some close to the country singer thought he had become "scary" alone for a while, but they see this chaos as the first sign he may finally be coming out the other side.
Despite it all, Keith Urban is reportedly prioritizing the road ahead, not Nicole Kidman or the home he left behind.
