Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts was forced off minutes into their clash with the Washington Commanders after suffering a scary head injury. Hurts was taken back to the locker room with a concussion early on in Sunday's game after being crushed by Commanders linebacker Frankie Luvu at the end of a 13-yard run. As well as taking a hit to the helmet, the 26-year-old's head appeared to smack the ground after the hit from Luvu, before he was replaced at quarterback by Kenny Pickett after heading into the blue medical tent.
