A sparse 1.2hectare block of land surrounded by expanding suburban development has been put on the market after being owned by the same family for 60 years. The huge block and tiny home that sits upon it in Salisbury, a northern suburb of Adelaide, is up for auction on Tuesday after the owners rejected the offers of developers for decades. Harris Real Estate agent Tom Hector told 7News the family had finally decided to put the property up for sale after their parents passed away.
