Two people were killed and three were injured after a driver plowed his car into a restaurant's outdoor patio in Minnesota. Police in St. Louis Park said they responded to Park Tavern on Sunday evening just after 8pm, and the driver has been arrested for probable cause criminal vehicular homicide. Surveillance footage showed the unidentified motorist entering the parking lot, but not into the restaurant, KSTP reports. Officials say he then tried to park before accelerating into the patio.
