HILARY Duff has given birth to her fourth child – her third with her husband, Matthew Koma.
The Lizzie McGuire star announced the news in an Instagram post.
Hilary, 36, shared the first photos of their new daughter, along with revealing her name.
"Townes Meadow Bair, now we know why she made us wait so long…She was perfecting those Cheeks!" Hilary exclaimed.
"I have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic.
"We all love you like you've been here all along beauty."
Fans raced to the comments to congratulate the celebrity family on the happy news.
"Sweet little baby Townes!!!" one person exclaimed. "Congratulations to you all. Love you!!"
"Ahh, she is absolutely beautiful and congratulations Hilary, Matthew and family!!" another added.
"Welcome to the world Townes!!" a third posted. "She is absolutely perfect! Congratulations to you and the family."
Hilary revealed in December that she and Matthew, 36, were expecting, after weeks of fan speculation.
She posted a photo on Instagram of her family's Christmas card, including the star, Matthew, and their three children.

However, it was Hilary's face that caught fans' attention as she looked shocked with her mouth agape while cradling her baby bump.
"Buckle up Buttercups, we're adding one more to this crazy bunch," the holiday card read.
"Surprise Surprise!" the How I Met Your Father star added in her caption.

The duo are already parents to daughters Banks, five, and Mae, two.
Hilary is also a mother to an 11-year-old son, Luca, with her ex-husband Mike Comrie, 43.

After her announcement, the Disney Channel alum proudly showed off her pregnant belly on social media.
She previously shared a picture of herself leaning against a hall in her home, her eyes closed and a hand over her growing stomach.
The TV star sported a tight beige mock-neck bodysuit and Levi jeans that she unzipped to accommodate her bump.
"These perfect vintage Levi's carried me through this pregnancy for as long as they could! I need to come for a visit!" Hilary gushed in her caption.
Shortly before, the singer flaunted her bump in a pic of herself lying in bed, donning a tight white tank top and no pants.
The Younger star admitted that she'd been trying to hide her pregnancy for some time before sharing it with fans.
But fans suspected Hilary was pregnant long before, after noticing her concealing her belly in baggier clothing.
She'd also been repeatedly blocking her stomach in photos, fueling chatter that the rumors were true.
Early last year, Hilary hinted about having another child during an interview with Romper.
"It's psychotic, I know… I don't know. I love being a parent with Matt," the mom of three said while discussing motherhood.
In May, she also spoke about her "obsession" with being a mother on the Lipstick on the Rim podcast.
