Sister Wives star Janelle Brown shared pictures honoring her late son, Garrison Brown, at his celebration of life ceremony and admitted that shifting ahead hasn't been straightforward.

"It's been onerous to get my brain to work correctly once more," Janelle, 54, wrote by way of Instagram on Saturday, March 30. "I'm so grateful for the outpouring of love and help I've acquired these final three weeks. The help has been overwhelming. I'm honored."

Janelle, who shared Garrison with Kody Brown, noted that she was sharing "a number of the photographs" from the funeral, which included snaps with the Nevada Nationwide Guard. In one image, a soldier introduced a flag to Janelle, who was visibly emotional.

"Many [of] you have got already seen lots of these online, typically with snarky feedback accompanying them," she wrote. "However this was a fantastic moment for us."

Janelle concluded that Garrison "would have beloved" his celebration of life ceremony.

News broke on March 5 that Garrison died in an apparent suicide at the age of 25. Janelle and Kody, 55, confirmed his death in a joint statement at the time, writing, "[We] are deeply saddened to announce the lack of our lovely boy Robert Garrison Brown. He was a shiny spot within the lives of all who knew him. His loss will depart such an enormous gap in our lives that it takes our breath away. We ask that you simply please respect our privateness and be a part of us in honoring his memory."

Garrison, who was a employees sergeant in the National Guard and a member of the 1st Squadron, 221st Cavalry, was honored in a ceremony earlier this month at the Clark County Armory. The National Guard shared footage from the funeral by way of its Fb account.

"Recognized for his adventurous spirit, Brown traveled extensively, exploring multiple nations and continents," the publish learn. "He had a passion for comedy, novice craftsmanship and adventurous images, together with his night time sky images notably shifting those that seen it."
