The 78-year-old rose to fame after showing as Winston Zeddemore in Ghostbusters and has enjoyed a wholesome life after surviving cancer two times, once in 1998 and the second in 2011.
Ernie stepped out for a current purple carpet appearance for the newest Ghostbusters film, Frozen Empire.
Fans could not consider how younger the star appeared.
He wore a skin-tight black T-shirt that clung to his muscular frame.
The brief sleeves accentuated his large bulging arms that he barely flexed.
He completed his look with a pair of blue denim denims.
Ernie smiled extensively at the cameras and appeared utterly wrinkle-free.

In the throwback picture, Ernie wore a skin-tight tank prime and patterned pants.
It appeared that he had not modified much in many years, apart from seemingly gaining extra muscle mass lately.
