The life of Victor Aguilar (Rhenzy Feliz) before he started working for Oz Cobb (Colin Farrell) is revealed in the third episode of HBO's The Penguin. Victor was one of a few street punks who try stealing Oz's plum-colored vehicle in the pilot, with Oz offering him a job, showing a soft spot for the kid since they both grew up in the same poorer area of Gotham called Crown Point.
