"A preliminary investigation decided a 27-year-old male threw a rock putting the victim behind the neck, causing minor accidents."

The New York Post broke the news that suspect Xavier Israel reportedly used a rock to strike the actor.
After a chase between Israel and Michael, the suspect was apprehended by the authorities stationed outdoors the Consulate Basic of the Russian Federation in the Higher East Aspect of Manhattan.
The authorities took Israel into custody without incident and charged him with assault.
Although he ended up with an abrasion, the Arrival star declined medical assistance.
