The Tennessean reported that Chris Younger was arrested on Monday, January 22, 2024, at the Dawg House bar in Nashville, Tennessee.
In response to the outlet, the 38-year-old was charged with "resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and assault on an officer," per courtroom data filed on the morning of Tuesday, January 23.
The Tennessean continues that Young was at Tin Roof on Demonbreun Road about eight:30 p.m. on January 22 "when brokers from the Alcoholic Beverage Commission arrived to do a compliance examine, based on an arrest affidavit."
"Once we walked into the bar, a man sitting on the bar, later discovered to be Mr. Younger, had his ID in his hand above his head," the affidavit said.
