Joe Keery is voicing his honest thoughts on President Donald Trump and his administration's immigration crackdown.

Following the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Renee Good by an ICE agent on Wednesday, Jan. 7, the Stranger Things actor and musician took to Instagram to address Trump's handling of the situation on social media.

"Zero human decency," Keery, 33, wrote on his Instagram Stories on Thursday, Jan. 8, while sharing a screenshot of Trump's post on Truth Social about the incident.

"Stop this man," the actor added.

After the video went viral of Good being shot from her car in Minneapolis, Trump addressed the incident in a post on Truth Social, where he wrote, "the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self defense."

"The situation is being studied, in its entirety, but the reason these incidents are happening is because the Radical Left is threatening, assaulting, and targeting our Law Enforcement Officers and ICE Agents on a daily basis," the president asserted in his message. "They are just trying to do the job of MAKING AMERICA SAFE."

Trump also said the ICE Officer in the video is now "recovering in the hospital." The president did not address the fact that Good was killed as a result of the shooting.

After Keery made his stance on the situation abundantly clear, fans on X (formerly Twitter) had a wide range of reactions, with several fans praising the "End of the Beginning" singer for speaking out.

"Joe Keery speaking against trump, okay lets go," one fan posted online, while sharing a screenshot of Keery's Instagram Story on Thursday.

"Big Steve MFN Harrington on the right side of history," another fan wrote, referring to the name of Keery's character on Stranger Things.

"oh hell yeah Joe," one X post read, while other users tweeted things like "my hero" and "i knew i liked him for a reason."

"king," someone else simply added.

The Traitors Season 4 officially kicked off on Peacock on Jan. 8, and fans immediately latched onto one potential power pairing: Tiffany Mitchelland Rob Cesternino.

On X, one fan summed up the vibe perfectly, posting that Tiffany "Mother" Mitchell and Rob "RHAP King" Cesternino had a "mutual agreement" to form a "gamer alliance" on night one—then added: "WE LOVE TO SEE IT!" Another post put it simpler: "Tiffany & Rob C. did this for me."

— becca☂ (@rebeccayel) January 9, 2026

And the reason it hit? Because it felt like a shortcut to the good part: instant trust, instant game talk, instant stakes.

Why Fans Are Already Shipping a "Gamer Alliance"

Tiffany and Rob come from the kind of reality-TV ecosystems where alliances aren't helpful, they're oxygen. Tiffany made her name in the Big Brother world, while Rob is a long-running fan-favorite strategist in the Survivor universe.

So when viewers saw even the hint of a night-one handshake (formal or not), it read like this: two people who understand the assignment, deciding not to waste time.

Fans love a showmance, sure. But Traitors fans really love a "these two are about to run this castle" duo.

Related: Who Are the Traitors in 'The Traitors' Season 4?

What That Could Mean for the Castle

A night-one alliance is a double-edged sword on The Traitors. On one hand, it can stabilize your early game when everyone is paranoid and guessing off vibes. On the other hand, it makes you visible, and visibility is dangerous in a game where the loudest relationship often becomes the easiest target.

That's why the fan reaction matters. The audience isn't just cheering them on, they're already narrating the season through this pairing. And once viewers start writing the story in their heads ("gamer alliance," "final two," "they better be protected"), every move gets magnified.

So yeah, maybe it's just a quick night-one moment. Or maybe it's the first domino.

Either way, fans are watching Tiffany and Rob like it's a subplot, and on The Traitors, that's usually how the main plot starts.

Chrissy Teigen is a celebrity with a large online presence. For years, the former model has used social media as a place to share everything from family moments, cooking inspiration, brand partnerships, and more often: raw, vulnerable honesty. With more than 40 million followers on Instagram, the mom of four frequently posts photos and videos that feel more like texts and sharing life with close friends than carefully curated posts of celebrity life.

Perhaps this is why her recent casual Instagram photo dump meant a lot more to Teigen and the thousands of people who saw themselves in her words. Accompanying a collection of "whatever" moments, Teigen included a caption explaining that, for some reason, she feels a reflexive urge to post online, and even she can't figure out why. She admitted that creating the "zero-thought" post took merely seconds, yet gave her a broad sense of relief.

View this post on Instagram

A carousel of snuggly, candid, and sweet family moments was paired with Teigen's box-checking comment. "Like wow I did it. I posted. I'm a good girl. Good girl to who?" she questioned.

The on-brand self-awareness resonated with fans and followers of the star. As Teigen questioned who she was really trying to please—"the boss of the internet?"—fans flooded the comments with various messages of support, appreciation, and to thank her for naming a feeling that they so often have as well.

Social Media Pressure

Actress Vanessa Hudgens can relate, "I feel this so deeply," she wrote. "Why do you always know the right things to say, lol. Literally every thought in my head 😂 why are we pressured to make Instagram happy," another commenter said. Some found her statement so relatable, "Is it contagious? I feel this too," they shared.

Helping Others

Another fan shared how Teigen's openness is helping people during a trying time in our country, "You and your family bring joy to a hurting world, and we thank you for that. Time away from social media is what you do. You don't owe us any of this, but we sincerely appreciate you and your family." Another agrees, "I'll take any distraction nowadays, thank you for sharing."

Starstruck by cuteness

It seems that another camp, and perhaps the majority of Teigen's followers, just enjoy keeping up with her growing family. Hundreds of comments included heart emojis, compliments for her and husband,John Legend, as parents, and simple messages of love and support. "I love seeing your beautiful family!" one fan penned. "Love the videos ❤️. Especially of the cuteness with the kiddos 😍," another echoed.

The response highlights a framework that 40-year-old Teigen has long navigated online. She's deeply embedded in social media, both personally and professionally, and has built much of her public persona around openness and relatability.

Her post didn't appear to be her trying to make a statement. But by acknowledging the real-life pressure so many people quietly carry to maintain their online platforms, it became one anyway. Teigen's post reminded followers that they aren't alone in feeling overwhelmed, and naming the pressure, even while responding to it, may just be what helps.

'High School Musical' star reveals 1 cast member refused to do rewatch podcast: 'It wasn't Zac' Efron

Disney Channel Original Movie "High School Musical" tells the story of two high school students - Troy (Zac Efron), a popular basketball player and Gabriella (Vanessa Anne Hudgens), a shy, brainy newcomer - who share a secret passion for singing. When these two seemingly polar opposites decide to join forces and go out for the lead roles in the school musical, it wreaks havoc on East High's rigid social order. But by defying expectations and pursuing their dreams, Troy and Gabriella inspire other students to go public with some surprising hidden talents of their own. "High School Musical" premieres FRIDAY, JANUARY 20 (8:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

Mandy Moore, of *This Is Us*, voiced Rapunzel. Her Flynn was played by *Chuck* alum Zachary Levi. The supporting cast included Ron Perlman, Brad Garrett, Paul F. Tompkins, and Donna Murphy. The film was a hit, earning more than $591 million worldwide, spawning a TV series, and getting nominated for an Oscar in the Best Original Song category, for Alan Menken and Glenn Slater's tune "I See the Light."

EW reported in April that the movie would be helmed by Michael Gracey, the director of *The Greatest Showman*, while Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, who co-wrote*Thor: Love and Thunder*, would pen the screenplay.

At the time, it was unclear whether the movie would ever be made at all. Work on it had been paused, EW confirmed, following the underwhelming performance of the live-action* Snow White* in its first two weeks at the box office.**

Carson Beck's 3-yard touchdown run with 18 seconds remaining provided the winning points for Miami's 31-27 College Football Playoff semifinal comeback win over Ole Miss in the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl on Thursday night in Glendale, Ariz.

The Hurricanes (13-2) capped a 15-play, 75-yard drive to secure their first opportunity to play for a national championship since 2002. Miami, which has won five national championships, is seeking its first since 2001.

Miami, the No. 10 seed, won the Fiesta Bowl for the first time in five all-time appearances, and will also get to host when it faces either No. 5-seed Oregon or top-seed Indiana on Jan. 19th at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.

Ole Miss (13-2), the No. 6 seed, which persevered to reach the CFP semifinals despite its coach Lane Kiffin departing to become LSU's coach in November, put together a go-ahead touchdown drive when quarterback Trinidad Chambliss connected with Dae'Quan Wright for a 24-yard touchdown. The Rebels added the two-point conversion when Chambliss found Caleb Odom in the back of the end zone.

But Beck, who completed 23 of 37 passes for 268 yards, two touchdowns and one interception, engineered Miami's third scoring drive of 13 or more plays.

The Hurricanes took a 24-19 lead with 5:04 left when Malachi Toney caught a bubble screen, broke a tackle and sped his way to the end zone for a 36-yard touchdown.

The lead changed four times in the final seven minutes of the game after Lucas Carneiro's fourth field goal from 21 yards put Ole Miss ahead 19-17.

After holding Ole Miss to minus-1 yard in the first quarter, Kewan Lacy broke through Miami's defensive line and scored from 73 yards out to give the Rebels a 7-3 lead.

Lacy left the game due to a right hamstring issue, but he returned on the Rebels' first drive of the second half. He finished with 103 yards on 11 carries.

The Hurricanes committed 10 costly penalties for 74 yards and Ole Miss sacked Beck four times while Miami's prolific pass rush, which accumulated 46 sacks entering the game, only sacked Chambliss once.

Chambliss completed 23 of 37 passes for 277 yards, one touchdown pass and no interceptions.

The College Football Playoff resumes Thursday at the Fiesta Bowl. It is perhaps not the semifinal matchup most observers anticipated, but it nevertheless features plenty of intrigue and subplots.

Mississippi finds itself halfway to duplicating the feat of the 1989 Michigan men's basketball team, winning a national championship after its head coach left for another job. Up next for the Rebels is a date with Miami, fresh off sending the defending champion Ohio State Buckeyes packing on its own redemption arc seeking the program's first football crown since 2001 – and maybe even the opportunity to do it in its home stadium in 11 days.

PATH TO PLAYOFF: Sign up for our college football newsletter

Here's a look at the particulars.

Fiesta Bowl: No. 6 Mississippi vs. No. 10 Miami (Fla.)

Time/TV: 7:30 p.m. ET, ESPN in Glendale, Ariz.

Why watch: Rebels QB Trinidad Chambliss, approaching legendary status in Oxford after not even being the starter on opening day, will next face the fierce Miami pass rush led by DEs Rueben Bain and Akheem Mesidor. His own evasiveness should serve Chambliss well, but he'll also need help from steady RB Kewan Lacy. WRs Harrison Wallace III and De'Zhaun Stribling lead a deep Ole Miss group of pass catchers who will challenge the equally formidable Miami secondary, featuring DBs Jakobe Thomas and Bryce Fitzgerald. Hurricanes QB Carson Beck is somewhat familiar with Ole Miss, though his last encounter with them when he played for Georgia didn't go well in a 28-10 road loss in the 2024 season. Several of those Rebels' defenders are still around, including DL Zxavian Harris and LB T.J. Dottery, but Beck's unit this year might be better equipped to stretch the field. WR Malachi Toney can be utilized in a variety of ways, and RB Mark Fletcher has been extremely valuable during the 'Canes' playoff run. Lucas Carneiro, who delivered three clutch field goals, including a pair from beyond 50 yards in the Sugar Bowl win against Georgia last week, could again give Ole Miss the edge in the kicking game.

Why it could disappoint: It shouldn't, given the number of nail-biters we've already seen involving Ole Miss. But the Miami defense is the one unit that could conceivably turn the game into a romp.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Anthony Edwards became the third-youngest player in NBA history to reach 10,000 career points, when the Minnesota Timberwolves star swished a 13-foot fadeaway jumper from the baseline midway through the fourth quarter against Cleveland on Thursday night.

Edwards, at 24 years and 156 days old, was beaten to the mark by just LeBron James (23 years, 59 days) and Kevin Durant (24 years, 33 days). Edwards is one of seven players who've hit 10,000 points before age 25, with Kobe Bryant, Luka Doncic, Tracy McGrady and Carmelo Anthony also in that group.

"To be honest, it's cool, but I know I've got a lot more to go, so it's really nothing, for real," Edwards said after the 131-122 victory over the Cavaliers. "I'm kind of sick that I got in front of Kobe. I wished I would've waited like 100 days or something, but yeah, it's all good."

Edwards had 25 points, nine assists and seven rebounds as the Timberwolves finished with season highs in field goal shooting (51 for 89, 57%) and 3-point shooting (20 for 38, 53%) percentages. Edwards shot 10 for 20 from the floor and 4 for 7 from 3-point range.

"The scoring comes natural to him in a lot of ways," coach Chris Finch said, reflecting on the first 40-point game of Edwards' career that came at Phoenix late in his rookie season. "At that point in time you knew there was something inside him where he could get to that."

Edwards, who was the first overall pick in the 2020 draft, made his debut at age 19. He reached the 10,000-point mark in 412 games, the 28th-fastest in NBA history and the seventh-fastest among active players behind Doncic (358), James (368), Joel Embiid (373), Durant (381), Trae Young (390) and Donovan Mitchell (410). Only two other players have scored 10,000 points for the Timberwolves: Kevin Garnett and Karl-Anthony Towns.
