Just last week, Lily Stewart, 20, captivated the internet with her 'hot mugshot' which showed the University of Georgia (UGA) student beaming in an off-the-shoulder top. The jaw-dropping photo was from her March 8 arrest which was snapped after she was caught driving nearly 30 miles over the limit on her way to a friend's birthday party.
