Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky may finally be selling the home they once shared during their marriage. On the latest edition of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Richards, 56, revealed that she and her estranged husband, 54 — who PEOPLE confirmed were separating in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage — are getting close to deciding what to do with their family home. "Obviously, we have lived together more than half of our lives and it's hard to just cut that cord," said Richards.
