Police in Germany have launched a manhunt for an armed teenager after he targeted a girl at her school this morning, local media reports. Riot cops and a helicopter are said to be searching for the suspect in the centre of the city of Hagen, North Rhine-Westphalia. Elite heavily armed police surrounded the Liselotte-Funcke School building after being alerted this morning, protecting the students from the attacker, BILD reports.
