One of the uploads shared to her Instagram Stories included an up-close shot of the extravagant flamingo cake. The unique treat was decked out with pink frosting and featured two flamingo props on top. It also included pink candles, green life-like leaves, a golden 4, and a message that read, "Happy Birthday Sterling.
