Luigi Mangione's lawyer has suggested that police have arrested the wrong man for the killing of UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson. Mangione, 26, has retained defense attorney Thomas Dickey, who said the suspect is fighting extradition from Pennsylvania to NYC to face murder charges. Dickey told ABC News he has 'seen no evidence' that Mangione is the man who shot Thompson dead in midtown Manhattan last week. 'That's why we're challenging the extradition at this point, so we can see some evidence and get a little more detailed information about the charges against Luigi,' the attorney said.
